Step 2. Prepare the package. Place the product you wish to return in the original box.

Step 3. Attach the return label to the package. Depending on the option you selected, a courier will come to pick it up, or you can drop it off at a collection point.
• If you requested home pickup, print the label and attach it to the package.
• If you chose to return it at a drop-off point, printing the label is not necessary. In this case, you will need the QR code sent to your email. You can return the package by presenting the QR code at the drop-off location.
