TooFaced.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $50 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 12PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

Other Locations:

Too Faced ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. We do not ship to freight forwarders. Too Faced Cosmetics shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Too Faced is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

About International Delivery

Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a series of emails. The first is an Order Confirmation email, which will contain all your order details. The second will let you know when your order has been sent for delivery. After you receive the second mail, you can track your order, using your order tracking number, by following this link: TRACK MY ORDER

- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

- Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 12:00 PM PST.

- Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery.

- Orders destined for US Territories, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight or 2nd Day Service.

Some items sold by Too Faced require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Too Faced, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

- Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.

- Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
